Paris-born Antoine Camin, who earned a Michelin star at La Goulue’s previous incarnation, has called New York City home since 2004. The new building at 61st Street gave Chef Camin the opportunity to design the kitchen from the ground up and to his exacting specifications. From this post, he and his dedicated staff send forth the many splendors of French cuisine, from perennial favorites to smart contemporary riffs on the classics.
